Measured building, internal services, external and utility surveys are carried out to our client's scope and specification. A Vision Survey topographical survey forms the base for a detailed site layout design, which can then be submitted for planning approval. This can also provide vital information for creating tender and design specifications at ultimate client level.
Using modern reflector-less instrumentation, Vision Survey can survey the buildings surrounding a potential development site, giving the accurate positions, levels, structural heights and surface details without having to access private land, thus providing vital information for planning and design purposes.
We work with a number of private and publicly funded clients to regularly help determine project feasibility, pre-construction design conditions and deliver as-built construction drawings in adherence with CDM requirements.
