Land Surveying
Topographical Survey drawings provide architects, designers, planners and constructors with a current and accurate plan of your works area. This information is integral to all stages of the project life cycle, feasibility, planning, design, contours, construction and handover. Vision Survey has the capability and resources to provide a comprehensive and accurate Topographical Survey of your works area to a level of detail that meets with your specifications. The information may be recorded in OS or your project grid system.
Our Topographical survey will provide you with a detailed picture of a specified land take. We can produce a survey to record level information, buildings, roads, surface change features, drainage systems, specified boundaries that may define your landtake and other assets that feature. This data will then be converted to a digital CAD format, where our layering standards will then be applied. The final result will be a drawing that will allow electronic identification of all the surveyed information.
Final survey drawings can be supplied in hard copy and the captured digital information can be provided in 2D/3D in file formats such as DWG, DXF, DWF, and PDF.
Our surveying teams utilise the latest Leica GPS and robotic equipment to carry out all our surveys and work with our dedicated mapping team to deliver the survey findings.
